The 357 undergraduate research program is a way for undergraduates to get first-hand research experience. It allows undergraduates to become involved in various aspects of research including scheduling, screening and running participants, as well as analyzing data. If you are interested in joining our lab as a 357 student please contact Dr. Schnyer at schnyer@psy.utexas.edu. In addition, you will need to fill out the PSY 357 undergraduate research form.

Our lab is in the Sarah M. and Charles E. Seay building (SEA), room 3.312. The SEA building is located at the corner of W. Dean Keeton St. (26th St.) and Speedway. Google map of the SEA building

• Taking MOPAC

Heading North: Take MOPAC Expy north. Then, take the Windsor Rd. exit and turn left on Windsor Rd. Continue on 24th St. Turn left at Guadalupe St. At the light, take a right on W. Dean Keeton St. (26th St.). The SEA building is located on the left side corner of W. Dean Keeton St. and Speedway. Turn left at the light on Speedway. A parking garage is conveniently located on the left side, just past the SEA building.

Heading South: Get onto MOPAC Expy south. Take the Windsor Rd. exit. Stay to the right at the fork and follow the signs for TX-1 Loop N, merge onto Windsor Rd. Continue on 24th St. Turn left at Guadalupe St. Take a right at the light onto Dean Keeton St. (26th St.). The SEA building is located on the left side corner of W. Dean Keeton St. and Speedway. Turn left at the light on Speedway. A parking garage is one the left side, just past the SEA building.

• Taking I-35

Heading North: Get on I-35 north. Take exit 236 toward Dean Keeton/32nd-38th Sts. Merge onto N 1-35/I-35 Service Rd. Take the exit toward E Dean Keeton St, and take a sharp right at Dean Keeton St. Continue on Dean Keeton, and take a right onto Speedway. The SEA building is located at the corner of Dean Keeton and Speedway. A parking garage is conveniently located on the left side, just past the SEA building.

Heading South: Get on I-35 south. Take exit 235B toward Manor Rd. Merge onto N 1-35/I-35 Service Rd and turn right at E. 23rd St. Take a right at Red River St. Turn left onto Dean Keeton St (26th St). Continue on Dean Keeton, and take a right onto Speedway. The SEA building is located at the corner of Dean Keeton and Speedway. A parking garage is conveniently located on the left side, just past the SEA building.

Some of our studies take place at the Imaging Research Center (IRC) which is located at the corner of MOPAC (Loop 1) and Braker Lane. Google map of the IRC. The IRC is located in the same parking lot as the MCC building

• Taking MOPAC

Heading North: Get on MOPAC Expy north. Take the Braker Lane/Capital of TX Hwy exit and turn left on Braker Lane. Cross over MOPAC and take a left into the MCC and IRC parking lot. Follow the signs to the IRC building.

Heading South: Get on MOPAC Expy south. Take the Braker Lane/Capital of TX Hwy exit. After exiting MOPAC, take a right on Braker Lane. Take the first left into the MCC and IRC parking lot. Follow the signs the the IRC building.

• Taking I-35

Heading North: Get on I-35 north. Take exit 240B for US-183/Research Blvd. Merge onto US-183 north. Take the exit toward Braker Ln/Balcones Woods Dr. Merge onto Research Blvd., and take a right onto Braker Ln. Continue on Braker Ln and take a right on Balcones Center Dr., there is a University of Texas sign out front. Follow the signs to the Imaging Research Center, it is the smaller of the two buildings.

Heading South: Get on I-35 south. Take exit 243 toward Braker Ln and merge onto the Service Rd. Turn Right onto Braker Ln. Continue west on Braker Ln and cross over MOPAC. Take the first left onto Balcones Center Dr., there is a University of Texas sign out front. Follow the signs the the Imaging Research Center, it is the smaller of the two buildings.
