Habit 2000 and Habit X 1.0 are Macintosh software packages that are used to present stimuli and collect data in a variety of habituation experiments.

Developed for use in the infant habituation studies which are conducted in Les Cohen's Infant Cognition Laboratory at the University of Texas at Austin, Habit 2000 and Habit X 1.0 are in use in studies at several universities around the world.

The development of the Habit programs was supervised by Dr. Les Cohen and written by Dan Atkinson with the guidance of Harold Chaput and the help of many. The Habit programs are based upon the Habit software package originally written by Craig Dalton.
