Course Goals:

Each topic will be addressed at several levels of explanation, with an emphasis on biological processes. The students are expected to develop a basic understanding of the multiple areas of Psychology, and should become capable of applying these concepts to every day life.

Grading Policy:

Your final grade will be derived from the sum of your two best midterm scores (60% of total grade), you final (30% of total grade) and your best quizzes (10% of total grade).

The department policy is to assign either an A, B, C, D or F. There will be no intervals (such as AB, B+ or B-).

Because your lowest grades will be dropped, they will be no make up exams.
