The Child Development in Context Laboratory (CDCL) consists of one research suite located on the third floor of the Seay Psychology building. The office suite contains a dedicated testing room with adjoining control room. The testing room is equipped with child friendly tables & chairs, remotely controlled video recording equipment, and a wireless physiological data collection system (e.g., heart rate).
Across the hall from the testing and control room is a large room in which we collect biological specimens (e.g., cheek swabs), as well as code and securely store data.
The CDCL suite also houses a large office space for graduate students and research personnel. All rooms are networked and equipped with state-of-the-art computers. For location and contact info of the CDCL, please click here.
