Catalina is a graduate student in the Institute
for Neuroscience at the University of Texas at Austin. She joined the laboratory as a
graduate student in Fall 2003.
Catalina is interested in developing new approaches for defining
aggression in hamsters. In
particular, she is testing hamsters in conditioning chambers for
behaviors associated with aggression, such as impulsivity, emotional reactions,
and drug addiction.
